While working in GWT I sometimes have problem with elements which:
1) were clicked
2) haven't trigger any action
3) BUT - they were surrounded by ugly dotted border..
Mainly you can observe this behaviour by any link in MF.. If you click link.. hold mouse button pressed and go to another area of page ( you won't be redirected but the link will look like visited)
To remove the border I used global style:
:focus { -moz-outline-style: none; }
for my GWT version (1.7) and Mozilla Firefox version (3.0.4) - this was the solution:)
